About

Cemetery notes and/or description: About 11 miles east of Giddings. Turn north off Highway 290 at Goerletz Lake on FM 180 for about 5 miles, located on private property. There are no markers left. It is said that at one time there were 30--40 graves, & it believed this cemetery dates back to the days of slaves. It is known that Jack ALCORN & his wife, Crease, were buried there.
